Golden K Kiwanis Donation

Special thanks to the LHC Golden K Kiwanis for the generous donation of $500. Telesis as a public charter school receives no tuition for the 330 students K-12 who are enrolled at the school. Telesis is state-funded and depends upon additional donations to continue the individualized program of "planned progress" for each student. Telesis is a word derived from Greek, meaning "planned progress." Our motto of "Challenge Without Frustration," requires that each student be supported by a team of teachers and parents forming the Telesis Triangle of student, parent, and teacher. Jack Rees of Golden K Kiwanis presents a check for $500 to Dr. Sandy Breece, Superintendent and Principal of Telesis Preparatory Academy. Thank you for your confidence in Telesis, Golden K members.
