Academy Science
Hello!
My name is Phoebe Cook and I am the academy science teacher here at Telesis Preparatory Academy. This school year (2023-24) is my second year teaching.
Prior to coming to Telesis, I worked as a Laboratory Technician at Mohave Community College. Before that, I was a Wet Chemistry Analyst for a laboratory in California.
Like many of us in Lake Havasu, I was born and raised in Southern California. I attended college at Arizona State University's Lake Havasu campus where I earned a Bachelor's of Science in Biology. Later, I also earned a Professional Science Master's in Forensic Science from ASU's online program.
My entire life, I have loved science and been fascinated by the world around me. As such, I am excited to foster the same love for learning in your student(s). In the time I spend with them, I hope that I can help them find their passion and encourage them to become life-long learners.
