To ensure that students enrolled in Telesis Preparatory Academy are provided access to meals during remote learning, parents/guardians will be given the flexibility to pick up meals to take home to students without having to have the students present at pickup of meals.
Under the National School Lunch Program regulations, only enrolled students are eligible to receive meals.
Parents/Guardians must submit a registration form in order to be able to pick up meals without the student being present. Once the registration is on file, the parent/guardian will only need to show the students ID number and Name with the pickup card assigned to parent/guardian for meal pick up.
No Cash or Credit Cards will be accepted at meal pickup meals must be paid for by using e-funds for schools’ online payments (link is on www.telesis-academy.org)
If needed please contact Food services at 928-855-8661 ext. 160 to make payment arrangements for cash or check.
The food service policies and procedures will remain in effect during this time.
Please Remember that a new application for free and reduced meals needs to be filled out and approved each school year.
