Request for Fundraiser

IMPORTANT: Requests must be submitted at least 10 business days prior to the first of the month . For example, if your fundraiser is going to occur in the month of October, your request must be submitted by September 20th. This will ensure that your event is listed on the Telesis Event Calendar in a timely fashion, and to provide plenty of notice to teachers students, and parents.
