Telesis Preparatory Academy Letter Grades

Federal and state laws require states to measure all public school performance using valid, reliable and comparable information across all schools. Arizona relies on a letter grade system, A-F, which is based on various measures including statewide assessment data.

Telesis Preparatory Academy K-12 is recognized by the State of Arizona as a non-profit Public tuition-free Charter School, the State looks at the data from our K-8 to determine a letter grade and looks at our High School data separately as a 9-12 school.  Both schools are part of Charter School District known as Telesis Center for Leaning, Inc. Our schools' data is compared to other K-8 schools and other 9-12 High Schools to factor the Letter Grades they receive.

We are so proud of our community of parents, dedicated staff, students and our teachers that implement our research-based rigorously curriculum.  It is through all our combined efforts to ensure we are meeting where our students are at and building pathways to improve their academic success that we continue to perform successfully within the State expectations.

K-8 is a  C-rated school (Performing School ): Performance school means that our students are adequately  performing on statewide assessments.

9-12 is a A-rated school (Excellent): Distinguished performance on the statewide assessments and significant student growth higher than the state average.
